What Can You Expect From a Sound Journey?
For individual sessions at my office: We'll start with some paperwork, discussion and answering any questions. We'll choose the journey that best supports you at that time. We'll then get you comfortable on a mat on the floor or in the recliner with your headset and eye mask on. We'll complete the breathwork journey together. You'll be guided through the headset as I hold space, move energy and support you. You may cry, laugh, scream, shake, move or simply be. When done, there will be time for integration and sharing. Journeys run from 50-85 minutes, so sessions will take 1.5-2 hours depending on the journey you choose. There are several breathwork journeys in my library, see the list below. This is for adults only.

Before your session: Eat a light meal or snack at least an hour before your journey. Big meals and fasting are not recommended before a journey so that energy and focus can be used for breathing. Come well hydrated and wear comfortable clothes. Don't plan much after your session, so you have time to process and integrate.
Bring to your appointment: An open and curious mind, water, and an eye mask if you have one you prefer and anything else for comfort. I have extra eye masks available.
