The Luminous Heart Activation

The Luminous Heart Activation is a 90-minute immersive, multisensory experience to support the activation and expansion of your luminous heart, that infinite inner light within that connects you to Source, radiates genuine love for yourself and others, and gives you access to your own deepest knowing and inner guidance.
Lisa Segall and Dina Varano hold sacred space for you as they skillfully guide you through this journey of healing and transformation to awaken your awareness of the luminous heart inside and to help you reconnect with who you truly are beneath all the story of your life experience and personal history.
We have encoded this activation with loving Source energy, ancient wisdom, harmonic frequencies, light codes, light language and sound healing from a variety of instruments including drums, rattles, metal bowls, chimes, and the human voice. The experience guides us into deeper presence as we journey into the powerful and transformational spaces and places of the heart’s energy field. At the end of the journey, we return to the present with greater heart coherence and expanded insight. Afterwards, time for integration and grounding will allow group
members to process individually and then share key aspects of their experience before we close the sacred circle.
WHO WILL BENEFIT?
Every participant will have their own unique experience in the service of their highest good. States of relaxation, activation, empowerment, healing, awakening, and more are all part of the journey you may take. You may also feel, see, or sense things during this experience. Your body may experience a fuller relaxation, changes in temperature, and/or spontaneous movement. This activation is for anyone 18 years or older, who is ready to receive deeper healing and to experience more directly the luminous heart within. Participants also must be able to tolerate sounds of changing volumes and to connect in quiet, sacred space with others without disruption.
WHO ARE YOUR GUIDES?
Lisa Segall has been an explorer of wellness for over 25 years and a certified energy practitioner for over 18 years offering energy therapy for people and animals. She is a medicine woman weaving many different modalities, techniques, ancient wisdom, light, sound and intention to support her clients and the collective. Dina Varano has more than 30 years of experience as a licensed depth psychotherapist and transformational coach. She is a long-time meditator and continual seeker of consciousness in all its ordinary and extraordinary manifestations. She is deeply grateful for the opening to her own luminous heart over the years, and for the opportunity to transmit this energy in support of your own greater awareness. WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU?
We recommend that you bring items that will allow you to rest comfortably throughout the experience: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, knee bolster, eye mask, notebook/journal, pen, and a closed container of water. You may also want to wear clothing in layers so that you can adjust your own temperature as needed. Extra eye masks will be available to use.
We try to offer this activation in places that allow you to lie on the floor or to bring a folding chair if the floor is not an option for you. Please reach out to Lisa if you need to use a chair, so we can confirm the location permits their use. If you bring a chair, please also bring a mat or blanket to put under the chair so the floor is not damaged.
